27.04.2020 · First you either have to downgrade your PHP version to something like 7.3 or lower to upgrade to NC18. Afterwards you can use PHP 7.4 with it. There are several tutorials out there to tweek the “version check” of NC by hand to bypass this check. I recommend to temporary downgrade to PHP 7.3 or lower.

Then you need to update the nextcloud instance in the docked through the web GUI. I stalled out not being able to grab the 14.0xx version from nextcloud web servers. I tried to grab it in a local browser and maybe they changed their naming or something so browsed their web repo and had to bail on finding the right link for the right version.

This version of Nextcloud is not compatible with > PHP 7.3.You are currently running 7.4.14. I'm using linuxserver/nextcloud as my Docker repository. There are no updates. Any help is appreciated! EDIT : Followed instructions below and manually updated my Nextcloud to 18.0.3 fixed this and I was able to get into the Nextcloud GUI.
